Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 24 Hrs prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of one night’s Room tariff and Taxes.
- For the Holiday Period between 24th December 2016 to 7th January, 2017 cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% for the total stay’s room night’s tariff plus taxes.
- If the room you are booking is labeled as nonrefundable, non-cancellable or similar, all cancellations will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested.
- Cancellation policies can vary seasonally or depending on the resort or room type. You can review the specific policy for the resort during the reservation process.
